“…they will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.” Isaiah 61:3
The Hundred Acre Academy
947 Main Street
Dallas, Oregon
Hi there.
We do things differently here.
We're disrupting the norm.
And we're passionate about Jesus.
Let's shake things up, together
small but mighty
We exist to disciple and champion a generation of learners who are passionate about people and
on fire for Jesus.
Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open now.
The Hundred Acre Academy is a private, Christian micro-school, meaning our purpose and intent is to remain small. We enroll no more than 80 students in any building, and our classes are multi-grade and never larger than 20 students. We are located in Dallas, Oregon with a South Salem location opening in the fall of 2023. We run a hybrid school model: Students meet four days a week (8:30am - 2:30pm) in the physical classroom and Fridays are flexible learning days for field trips, at-home learning, extracurricular enrichment or community service.
We do school differently here.
Our desire is not to be mighty in numbers;
we desire to be mighty in purpose.

So what's our deal?
We're not your average school, and that's entirely the point.
The Hundred Acre Academy is named after a metaphor, for the leaps of faith that feel impossibly big. Here, we call them Hundred Acre dreams because they are big and vast and intimidating. But as followers of Jesus, we know that we can confidently step into the unknown as Hundred Acre dreamers – stepping out with a passion for what feels bigger than life and for the God who makes the impossible, possible.
Today, the Hundred Acre Academy is a thriving community of children and families, coming together to learn in a hybrid classroom model; classes are held on campus four days a week and Fridays are at-home learning days.
We believe learning is active and that the most important education takes place outside of the classroom walls and core subject areas, and students are encouraged to explore their passions and engage their learning through real-world experiences. Our philosophy centers around parents as teachers, the active and intentional pursuit of opportunities for our students to thrive in the world around them, and learning through doing.
We are a close-knit community of passionate, courageous parents standing together for our kids. We affirm the unique and unequivocal role we have as parents in the wise stewardship of our kids.
